Fall 2020 Order Form
The Fall CSB begins September 17th. Pick up will be at our home: 441 Juniper Street in Mahtomedi on Thursdays from 4 to 6 PM.

Craisins & Walnut Levain – a traditional French sourdough chockful of craisins and walnuts

English Muffin Toasting Bread – like a traditional English muffin, the English Muffin Toasting Bread is full of nooks and crannies, making it perfect for toasting, French toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.

Polenta Loaf - A light sourdough loaf. Cooked polenta is added to the dough to give it texture and sweetness.

Golden Raisin Wheat – this long fermented whole wheat loaf is filled with lots of golden raisins. Tastes great all alone or for morning toast.

Country Wheat – a Farmers Market favorite; 100% high-extraction Minnesota flour, naturally leavened

Yogurt Rye – a medium bodied rye bread enriched with yogurt and sweetened with honey

Five Grain Sourdough – a hearty whole wheat sourdough with flax, sunflower, oats, cornmeal, rye

Toasted Barley Beer Bread – a naturally leavened bread with the nutty flavor of toasted barley, complemented by a touch of dark beer.
___ HERITAGE GRAIN BREADS (the primary ingredient is each variety is Turkey Red, Spelt, Red Fife or Rye) ($32 for 1 mo., $61 for 2 mo.)

Heritage Honey - a pan loaf made with Turkey Red sifted flour and a touch of honey

Turkey Red Sourdough - a naturally leavened rustic loaf with 100% whole grain and sifted Turkey Red flour.

Drunken Fig Rye - a whole grain sourdough bread enhanced with wine marinated figs and a touch of buckwheat flour.

Miche - the traditional market bread. A 3-pound loaf divided in half featuring Red Fife, Turkey Red and Emmer flour.
