We are all finished up for the year. We had a wonderful summer at the Mahtomedi Farmers Market. The Fall CSB, a 4-week subscription, concluded in early November. Thank you for your support!
We’ll be back in April with another subscription and will return to the Mahtomedi Farmers Market next summer.
The word companion literally means “with bread.” Thus, a companion is someone with whom you break bread.
At Companion Breads it is our joy to create hearty hearth baked breads for you to share with family and friends. We produce a mix of naturally leavened (sourdough) and yeasted breads, using locally grown and milled grain. All bread is baked in our wood-fired brick oven in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.
